By accessing or using SyncServe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Business Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches to your account.

3. Use of Services (WhatsApp Policy)

SyncServe enables automation via the WhatsApp Business API. You agree to comply with all Meta/WhatsApp Usage Guidelines, including:

• Only sending messages to users who have opted in.
• Not using the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Getting required consents before processing customer data.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Usage of premium features requires a subscription.

• Fees: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but access to premium features will cease at the end of the billing cycle.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, specifically if you misuse the messaging APIs or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

SyncServe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on the Service.
