3. WhatsApp Data Usage (Meta Compliance)

SyncServe uses the WhatsApp Business API to enable automation. Regarding this data:

• We only process messages to facilitate the services you configured (e.g., booking confirmations, receipt delivery).
• We do not use message content for ad targeting.
• We do not share your customer's contact details with unauthorized third parties.
• You maintain ownership of your business data.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Vendors like Meta (WhatsApp), Paystack (Payments), and Cloudinary (Media) strictly to provide functionality.
